On March 30, 2023, with the strong support of the approval bureau, the strong coordination of the company's leaders and the efforts of the staff, the review and submission of all the materials of the construction permit were completed on the same day. On March 31, 2023, Director Zhang Hui of the Administrative Approval Service Bureau of Taishan District, Chairman Hou Chuanxin of the Switch Company, and General Manager Jiang Yinhao of the Switch Company attended the construction permit issuance ceremony. This indicates that the first phase of the Luneng Intelligent Transmission and Transformation Manufacturing Base Project has completed all procedures and is about to enter the construction stage, which is of great significance for the capacity improvement and optimization and upgrading of the group's power sector.

The Luneng Intelligent Transmission and Transformation Manufacturing Base Project is invested and constructed by the company. The main construction contents are GIS workshop, dry transformer workshop, oil tank workshop, UHV transformer intelligent manufacturing center, restaurant, hazardous waste room, and warehouse. After the project reaches full production, it will form an annual production capacity of 5,000 dry-type transformers, 2,000 compartments of ZF39-126 combination electrical appliances, 800 compartments of ZF34-252 combination electrical appliances, and 14,000 tons of high-efficiency and environmentally friendly transformer casings. Annual operating income is 5 billion yuan, and profits and taxes are 600 million yuan.

In 2023, it is planned to invest 200 million yuan to build the first phase of the Luneng Intelligent Transmission and Transformation Manufacturing Base Project, which includes GIS workshop, oil tank workshop, hazardous waste room, warehouse and outdoor supporting projects. The project is scheduled to start construction in April 2023, the GIS workshop will be ready for delivery in September 2023, and the first phase of the project will be ready for delivery in October 2023.
